In respect of the foregoing, Antibe today filed an amended and restated preliminary short form prospectus (the “Amended and Restated Preliminary Prospectus”), to amend and restate the preliminary short form prospectus dated July 23, 2019.
Each Unit will be offered at a price of $0.30 per Unit (the “Offering Price”) and will be comprised of one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each full warrant, a “Warrant”). Closing of the Offering is subject to customary closing conditions, including, without limitation, receipt of applicable regulatory approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
